Apple turnover

WALT: using measurements  to make a apple turnover.

First we had 2 pieces of apple I had to estimated this I got 49 grams. The next thing I did was cut all the apples into smaller
pieces.Next  I measured  this prebaked this apple turnover  7 grams.  When I had finish putting all the sugar and the raises and milk.I weight this  80 grams.

did your apple turnover come out right do u know when my apple turnover came out of the oven my one was crispie at the top and was brunt at the top.
